CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS:

A piñata is a decorated vessel (usually a clay pot) covered with paper mache and decorated with colorful tissue paper. It is filled with candy and small gifts and then hung from the ceiling to be broken with a stick by blindfolded participants. It is part of traditional Mexican and Latin American festivities like Christmas and birthday parties.

Do you have a piñata anecdote? Has something happened to you that is humorous, informative, sad, fascinating, profound or just interesting and in relation to piñatas? Please share something about yourself and your piñata anecdote for an upcoming art project. A random contributor will receive a surprise gift! Send the following information to mail@raulaguilar.com:

Please tell me your age

(elaborate as much or as little as you wish).
